Welcome to ImmiReady. These Terms are an agreement between you and Ta-techsolutions LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. Please read them, along with our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into this agreement. You agree to give accurate information and to keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
ImmiReady helps you organize immigration case information, check public USCIS case status, practice for hearings, draft documents that you direct and fill in, and connect with attorneys who use the platform. The app may use advanced AI to provide general information and draft suggestions.
The in-app AI provides general information and drafts based on what you enter. It can make mistakes and does not know the facts of your case beyond what you tell it. Always review AI output, do not rely on it as legal advice, and confirm anything important with a licensed attorney or official source.
You keep ownership of the information and documents you put into ImmiReady. You give us permission to store and process that content only as needed to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the content you submit and for making sure you have the right to share it.
You agree not to misuse the service. For example, do not use it for anything unlawful, do not try to break or overload it, do not upload malicious code, and do not use it to impersonate someone or to access another person's information without permission.
If you use ImmiReady as an attorney or legal professional, you remain fully responsible for your own professional and ethical duties, including supervising any AI output before relying on it, protecting client confidentiality, and complying with the rules of your jurisdiction.
The service is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that the information is complete or current, that the app will be error-free, or that it will always be available. Immigration law changes and varies by situation.
To the extent allowed by law, Ta-techsolutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ImmiReady. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time in Settings → Delete my account. Deletion is automatic after a 7-day cancellation window. Data is removed from active ImmiReady systems on the schedule, and subject to the limited exceptions, described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these Terms.
If we make important changes to these Terms, we will notify you and ask for your active consent before they apply, with a short plain-language summary of what changed.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
